In a significant development, Khadija Shah has been appointed as the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Strategic Communication and Election Analysis and Management Cell.

This key position underscores her growing influence within the party, particularly at a time when PTI is gearing up for crucial electoral challenges.

Imran Khan, the founder of PTI, personally entrusted her with this vital role, highlighting the level of confidence he places in her capabilities.

Shah will report directly to Khan, ensuring that the party’s communication and election strategies are closely aligned with his vision.

In addition to Shah’s appointment, the PTI leadership has also designated Ayesha Ali Bhutta as the Secretary of Information for Lahore.

Bhutta, who gained prominence as one of the first women detained following the May 9 incident, has remained actively engaged with the party after her release.

Her dedication and unwavering support for PTI’s cause have earned her this significant role.

Bhutta has previously served as the Central Secretary of Information for PTI’s women’s wing and has chaired various government committees.

She stated that despite the ongoing legal challenges she faces, including allegations related to the Jinnah House attack, she remains committed to her role within the party.

It is worth noting that Bhutta’s association with PTI dates back to 2010 when she volunteered for the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.

Her involvement in the party was inspired by Imran Khan’s political vision and has only strengthened over the years.

These appointments reflect PTI’s strategic efforts to strengthen its communication and management capabilities ahead of the upcoming elections, with a particular focus on leveraging the skills and dedication of its women leaders.
