Kate Middleton and Prince William have released a profoundly moving statement following the tragic events in Southport, where an attack on a children’s dance workshop resulted in the death of two children and injuries to nine others, six of whom are in critical condition.
The horrifying incident took place at a Taylor Swift-themed event on Hart Street, leaving the community in shock and mourning.
In addition to the young victims, two adults are also in critical condition after they heroically intervened to protect the children from the knifeman’s assault, according to Merseyside Police.
The Prince and Princess of Wales expressed their deep sorrow and solidarity with the affected families.
