He noted that visitors will now be able to secure visas within 24 hours through an electronic travel authorization form.

Furthermore, they will benefit from the introduction of e-gates at Gwadar Port and nine airports across Pakistan, starting with installations at airports in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.

To enhance accessibility for Sikh pilgrims holding third-country passports, the cabinet sanctioned the establishment of a separate sub-category for a visa-on-arrival option.
