The Al-Khidmat Foundation in Battagram marked this year’s Independence Day with a significant tree-planting event at Kuzabanda.
Volunteers from the foundation actively participated in the initiative, showcasing their commitment to environmental sustainability.
The event saw prominent figures like Khalid Khan Ajmera, President of Al-Khidmat Foundation, and former National Assembly candidate Saeed Ahmed Malkal, alongside former President of Al-Khidmat Foundation Syed Shah Afzal Sherazi. Village Chairman Ajmera Inayat ur Rehman and Ehsan Elahi, Volunteer In-Charge, also played key roles in this green endeavor.
Local youth from Peshora VC contributed their efforts to make the campaign a success.
Al-Khidmat Foundation has set an ambitious target for this year. By the end of the year, they aim to plant 2.5 million trees across Pakistan.
