Nature has bestowed the beautiful district of Battagram with a unique gift: the identification of 185 medicinal plants.

Recognizing the untapped potential of these natural resources, I am committed, as outlined in my political manifesto, to initiating transformative measures that harness these plants for the benefit of the community.

The cornerstone of this initiative is the establishment of a Divisional Board and state-of-the-art pharmaceutical laboratories in District Battagram.

The establishment of a Divisional Board is essential to streamline the exploration and utilization of medicinal plants in Battagram.

This governing body will serve as a hub for strategic planning, resource allocation, and policy-making, ensuring the sustainable management of the region’s rich biodiversity.

The board will work closely with local stakeholders, environmental experts, and community leaders to ensure that initiatives align with the district’s needs and aspirations.

A mandatory component of this vision includes the establishment of pharmaceutical laboratories within the district.

These state-of-the-art facilities will serve as centers for advanced research, development, and production of medicines derived from the identified plants.

By doing so, we aim not only to harness the economic potential of these resources but also to contribute to advancements in healthcare and pharmaceutical sciences.

Acknowledging the importance of collaboration in scientific progress, my vision includes establishing strong links with national and international botanical research centers.

This will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and research findings.

The establishment of pharmaceutical laboratories in Battagram promises significant economic and health benefits for the community.

It will create employment opportunities, boost local businesses, and contribute to the economic development of the district. Simultaneously, the development of medicinal products will enhance access to healthcare.
